Hi, I’m Row!
I’m a science-based Mind-Body-Spirit Integrative Wellness Coach and proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, dedicated to helping you find balance, resilience, and a sense of flow in your everyday life.
My Journey
After years working as a traveling Medical Laboratory Technologist with long hours and late shifts at hospitals around the US, I found myself burned out, physically unwell, and searching for deeper meaning. My journey through stress, loss, and severe depression led me to revisit the transformative power of meditation. In my research, I discovered that the practice of meditation has been proven by science to reduce stress hormones and support real healing.
As my journey progressed, and my stress level decreased, I was able to focus more energy on my physical well-being. With renewed energy and the understanding that the mind and body are connected, I made the commitment to also become a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, which is scheduled for completion in a few short months.
I have known it was my calling to help people all of my life, and have worked in various health-related jobs, but I know now that this is the type of healing I’m supposed to share with the world.
My approach is grounded in both personal experience and scientific research. I blend evidence-based mindfulness, meditation, physical movement and nutrition, tailoring each session to your unique needs and experience level. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking more peace and clarity, I’m here to help you build your own toolkit for resilience and joy.
I offer one-on-one coaching (in person or online), and will soon have regular in-person group sessions here in Philadelphia. My mission is to help you cultivate self-love, confidence, and a more positive, focused outlook. You can navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and rediscover joy in the everyday.
